Vintage 1960's Psychedelic Neon Flower Maxi Dress. Bright neon pink scoop neck and puff sleeve. Scoop neck can be worn off the shoulders. Adjustable empire waist. Bright Neon pink, purple, orange, green and blue flower garden bouquets on contrasting black background. Handmade with no size or material tag. Chest measures 20" across flat plus stretch. Empire waist measures 18" flat across and adjustable to fit smaller. Hip measures 27" across flat. Skirt of dress has leg suits on each side. Length of skirt from empire waist to hem measures 47". Fits large best. Beautiful vintage condition with no holes, stains or discolorations.
